- Better physicochemical stability
- Better transparency for easy and effective visual inspection
- Free from plasticizers, hence, poses no serious health hazards unlike PVC which may have adverse effects on the male reproductive system
- Have self-sealing medication and administration ports, preventing air contamination
- No need for venting before use, unlike bottled infusions
- PP does not leach into solution as much as PVC does
- PP is non-carcinogenic and biodegradable (environmentally friendly)
